I have one last suggestion for you, try checking your battery and battery contacts. How are they looking? I did some research and found that bent battery pins can cause a phone to restart.
Also, does your phone restart when it is plugged to a power source, or only when on battery power?

Just replaced the battery a few days ago, so that's not it. I'm not sure what the contacts are supposed to look like, but they seem fine. It usually restarts when on battery but I believe it has restarted while plugged in a few times. This is somewhat, um, unconventional, but after deciding it was probably a hardware issue I put the phone in the freezer for a while yesterday morning (battery removed), and after that it hasn't restarted yet.
We'll see if that lasts lol
