Yeah..unlike GSM..CDMA2000 does not use SIM cards so they white list certain ESN and it is illegal to change the ESN by law...only way to get in is to have someone add your ESN to the whitelist database. Its a little easier with Verizon because they allow 1-3 phones on their network that are not in the database and using that loophole...but on sprint its gonna be harder..working at sprint is not gonna cut it unless they are DEEP in...

There was a whole petition to open up carrier locking >.> mostly with CDMA
