I can guarantee you it won't work. Carriers have changed the way they do things. Instead of having a "blacklist" of ESNs that are not allowed on the network, they now use Whitelists of phones that ARE allowed on the network. If you're phone isn't Verizon branded, you're not on their whitelist. Same with Sprint. The only method to do this is something even Voldemort won't talk about.
