Good news, I hope!
I just got this from Audible, I haven't tried it yet, but I will let you know when I do!
I just wanted to update you and let you know that we have a test build of the AudibleAir application available that should correct the error you are receiving when attempting to refresh your online library in the AudibleAir application.
First you must uninstall your current version of the Audible application from your device. I have included instructions below on how to do so:
1. Synchronize your Pocket PC / Windows Mobile device to your computer using Windows Mobile Device Center. Open the Windows Mobile Device Center application on your computer. Move your mouse over the Programs and Services section and select the option >>more. Under the Programs and Services section select Add/Remove programs
2. From the Add/Remove Programs list uncheck the application Audible AudibleAir and select OK.
3. You may receive one of two prompts, "This will remove the application "Audible AudibleAir" from your mobile device and this desktop computer. If you need this application in the future, you will have to reinstall it." or "This will remove the application "Audible, Inc. AudiblePlayer" from your mobile device and this desktop computer. If you need this application in the future, you will have to reinstall it.", select OK.
4. Next make sure that Audible Player / Audible Air is completely removed from your device. In the Windows Mobile Device Center application move your mouse over the File Management section and select Browse the contents of your device.
5. Make sure that your Windows mobile based device is selected, select the internal drive for your device, select the Program Files folder, and delete the AudiblePlayer folder if it is listed. Please note that if you have transferred any of your Audible content to the main memory this will delete your Audible content off of your device. If you do not wish to delete your Audible content from your main memory you can delete everything with in the AudiblePlayer folder with the exception of your Audible content.
6. Finally browse to your storage card and delete the AudiblePlayer folder if it is listed. Please note that if you have transferred any of your Audible content to the storage card this will delete your Audible content off of your storage card. If you do not wish to delete your Audible content from your storage card you can delete everything with in the AudiblePlayer folder with the exception of your Audible content.
7. After uninstalling your current version please perform a soft reset on your device to make sure the files are removed.
Once you have uninstalled the application from your device you can install the test build by following the instructions below:
1. Connect and sync your device to the computer.
2. Click on the link below and save the cab file, AudibleAir_PPC.CAB, to your desktop (or any location that is easy to get to).

3. Open Windows Explore and go to My Computer or Computer > Mobile Device > My Windows Mobile-Based Device > Storage Card.
4. Copy the cab file from the desktop to the Storage Card folder.
5. Disconnect the Device from your PC.
6. From the device, go to Start > Programs > File Explorer and locate the Audible Air cab file and double click it.
7. This should successfully install the Audible Air and Audible Player application onto your device.
Please keep in mind that this is a test build of the AudibleAir application that will correct the error you are receiving when attempting to update your online library. With that said you may experience minor bugs. I will let you know as soon as the final build is released.
If you still experience an issue refreshing your library please let me know. Thank you for your continued time and patience.
