You're mixing up a bit. Premium DATA is an add-on, but SERO Premium is a whole 'nother plan. Once you are removed / change from SERO, they can't put you back on it because it doesn't exist in the system as a plan anymore.
This is what happened to me, and since I wasn't told or warned and the rep wasn't aware I would not be able to be put back if I decided not to stay with the plan within my 30 days, they had to put me on a current plan and heavily discount it to make up for the difference.
