Because the videos on facebook requires flash. Preferrably flash 10.1. If your custom rom (omj 3.5) doesn't have flash, or isn't cooked in right, then flash videos will not play. I suggest you flash a rom that has 10.1 cooked in and try it, and if not, then try a different rom.
