Google Sync is a free application you can load on the blackberry and it will sync the calender with a google account. Naturally the android phone will support the google calendar w/o any need for third party software.

That won't work if the appointments are already on the BB. The best thing I can think of is just to hook the BB up to the computer, use the desktop software (forget the name) to do a sync, export it to a CSV, and figure out how to get that CSV to Google. I think there is an import option right in Google.
