To be more specific the information given refers to the Sprint/Alltel HTC touch. It should normally take you to a call options page with mute, speaker, talk, end etc. Click on the keypad option to change to standard dial buttons. For the rest of that call it should stay there.

If you are looking for a way to make it go to the keypad instead of call options please specify so some users can investigate a reg edit for it. I'm sure there are several that would at least look for you.
