When it did, all I have is a white screen with HTC in the center and some small red letters/numbers in lower left corner. NOTHING works. Even the power button won't shut it off. It won't sync with the computer. I removed the battery to shut it down and did a hard reset. Hit the power button and it comes back to the same screen. Soft reset does the same thing. Did I kill my phone? If not, how do I get it back? THANKS.
