Verizon Update Killed my Phone

I've had this Verizon TP2 for about a month. I haven't customized and the only cabs I've downloaded were googlemaps, VZnav, and HTC Wifi Sharing. Today I tried downloading the latest Verizon software from their website. I followed their instructions exactly. When the download completed, TP2 restarted. When it did, all I have is a white screen with HTC in the center and some small red letters/numbers in lower left corner. NOTHING works. Even the power button won't shut it off. It won't sync with the computer. I removed the battery to shut it down and did a hard reset. Hit the power button and it comes back to the same screen. Soft reset does the same thing. Did I kill my phone? If not, how do I get it back? THANKS.

Here is the file I downloaded;RUU_Rhodium_W_S2_VERIZON_WWE_4.01.605.15_RS_2.35.0 0WV_NV_VZW_2.08_0105_PRL58005_Ship
