I ran the 23139 Titanium ROM most of the weekend, although it is lighter it didn't seem to run any faster than your last 23569 Titanium ROM. I also could not find a dialer skin for the new dialer (I prefer dark dialer)

So I switched back to 23569 and I must say with the OverClock set at max that ROM is I my fav! Mega fast and Super stable...
