Re: Not getting phone calls or text
I spent three hours at the sprint store after spending the previous two days talking to sprint on the phone for a total of three hours. They said they did every trouble-shooting thing they could. Finally, they gave up and gave me a new phone. The new phone still the same thing. It must be something connected with my phone number. They sent the problem to the escalations team. A rep from there said it was a tower being down. It weird though it that was true, then a whole lot of other people would be having the same problem. Someone is supposed to be calling me tomorrow to follow up. We'll see, i guess.
