I'm not sure if that post is related but if it is, then I'll certainly try reinstalling that app. I'm trying to assign something other then sprint customer care to speed dial #2 (Press and hold 2 on the keypad to call that assigned contact). The *2 function is working fine. I'd like to have someone other then sprint customer care as one of my top speed dial options. There are only 9 slots and of those only 7 are available. #1 is voicemail and #2 is customer care.
