Is the messaging even showing up in the outbox of your email program. This will tell us if it is a program issue or an issue with you mail setup. Thanks

Search for can someone post .net 3.5 on the site. someone posted a cab for it. if not you can get an .exe from microsoft but you need to be syned to install it.
