Call your carrier and tell them you had to hard reset your phone and you need them to re-provision your phone. This can usually be done over the air. Thats what I would try first. Since you dont specify your carrier its hard to give more advice. Just yelling " IT DOESNT WORK I NEED HELP" isnt enough info for anyone to give advice.
