Anything else you're curious about, ask. I used to have a semi-crowded desktop, but I've learned rather a lot over the course of this thread (I looked the whole thing over in a couple days) and my own searches, and so I can be as free with desktop space as I am on my computer.

Oh yes, I'm using Fresh ROM and the vanilla Android lockscreen. The simple functionality of it suits me quite well. No notable battery issues, though it isn't great, either. No lag issues whatsoever.
