acpuclock.oc_freq_khz=825600

If you want to disable it, just delete that string altogether.

825600 = 825mhz
806400 = 806mhz
787200 = 787mhz
768000 = 768mhz
748800 = 748mhz
729600 = 729mhz
710400 = 710mhz

You can keep going lower, just subtract 19200 from each khz value to get the next lowest value.
