What's the correct number to call? and what's the best way to approach them in asking to roll you back?
Dan on sprintusers posted it a couple times. I would have to search.

I would say, "I was under the impression that I could never get the EVO (insert your phone here) on the SERO plan so I changed my plan. Now I see they have a new SERO plan for those still on the old one. Since I was on the old one with no option to use a newer phone I was forced to upgrade and pay more. I would like to be put on the new $40 plan since it now works with my phone. If I would have known this before I changed my plan I would have stayed on my old plan."

Something like that and be nice. The rep might do it.
