OK, it opens way different than the Verizon Vcast.
Upon opening the software, it asks to set credentials before using. I hit settings and it has a block to enter a username, and another block to enter a password. Then there is a button under that that is titled "Check Credentials".
Anyone have an idea what the username and password would be to access Vcast? I pay for the Vcast video, so I am NOT trying to work-around or steal it. I just want my access to the product I pay for.
