This is the easiest way for me... it has a bunch of fonts and is really easy.

Just unzip the files into your sdk tools folder and run the font_selector.bat...

Updated...Easy Font Installer V1.3 w/ 35 fonts.(Download Now) - xda-developers

note: its in the hero forum on xda but works fine on the EVO.
