Mine is not answering either, doesn't matter if I slide left to answer or if I press the hard key, neither one answers. Apparently it is only if I am running another application (once I was on bloomberg mobile and the other I was on youtube). I think that if it is on the home page, it always works well, haven't tried it enough.
I did the #777 edit to the registry and it fixed nothing, kept acting the same way.
I installed the cab, it is supposed to change the same SuspendeResume string, but it also makes the phone restart; and when it does, the fix is gone, back to GPRS_bye_if_device_off
