It's a mogul. Strangest thing- after a hard reset it was still screwed up. I deleted cookies, history and files after that surfing a bit to see if it affected more sites and that's when it went to those weird little blocks.
I put it down for an hour, it was that or
. I cleared cookies again as well as history and files and it's back to normal.
Thanks everybody's tips it's working for now.
I thought maybe it was a virus but a virus that only targets Google? (that's rhetorical) Well shoot me now hide the body.
