She said that there is a $100.00 mail in rebate. should take 8 weeks to process.
One thing of note is that the first rep i spoke to that initiated the order mentioned that they were not aware of any of hte 10/1 changes but that he was receiving a LOT of calls as of late about the EVO and Epic from SERO customers. He simply quoted from that pop-up window that comes up when you go through the ordering process via Sprint.com. The second rep that came on the line was a supervisor that came on just to confirm my order and reiterated that my plan would not change until the phone was activated. its under the 30-day guarantee thing so if it doesnt work out then you can send the phone back and revert back to your old plan (as per the user agreement that the rep had to read to be before he could process the order)
