Ok, you have Amon RA which to me which is the better of the two in many instances...

So what we're gonna need to do here is..

1. Find you another ROM (I'm on VirusROM and it kicks serious asssss so I'd definitely recommend it to anyone asking)..

2. Toggle USB in recovery, and when your computer pops up with the menu of options, click the folder to view whats inside the extension (your phones SD folder)..

3. Now that you have your phones SD folder open, goto your downloads folder where the new ROM you just downloaded is, and copy it to your phones SD folder...

4. Press power to unmount phone as USB toggle

5. Next, wipe data, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik cache (all in the Wipe menu and make sure you do all three)...

6. Press power to go back to main recovery menu, and than goto Flash Zip from SD Card, and find the ROM you just put on your SD card, scroll down to it, and press power to install it..

Once it's done installing you're all set, just press power, phone will reboot and you should be good to go...
