The desire, or "mental" need to be on the "highest numbered" PRI appears to be a red herring, sort of like a dog chasing his tail. I have neither seen personally any difference in my wifes 1.40 and my 1.34 in speed tests, and most threads I have seen confirm this. I think it's just a way Sprint uses to keep people chasing their tails, making them feel they are losing out because they have a "lower number". Steady the course, folks.
