1/ if your not rooted you can usb tether using pdanet plus other choices, if your rooted theres wifi tethering. both free. hotspot is 30$ mnth available w/o root
2/ hrd kb better than tp2 imo.
3/ battery life better even w/o tweeks
4/ battery charges too slow, thats all i see wrong
5/ tons of mods now more to come im sure
6/ no idea on this
7/ quality as good as tp2
8/ roms are out with bloat removed
9/ no issues others out there to dl
10/ no issues here but some do have issues
