call customer support and see what they have to say. explain to them that you drive trucks and are unable to take it to a store. they may be hesitant and insist you take it to a store, thats when you ask for a supervisor and hope they are willing to send you a replacement. i have found that the supervisors seem more willing to help make you happy and have the power to make a few exceptions...
