(((put these 2 files on your sd card (delete all previous zips)

turn off Evo
boot into bootloader (hold volume down than press power) it will launch the clock work recover and when prompted install it )))
I get to boot into the bootloader but then it wont give me any options to install anything instead it gives me the RECOVERY option and when i click on that it reboots automatically my phone putting me into a red triangle with a ! mark. Could you break this part to me with baby steps please. Thanks in advanced
