you could start by searching, there a lot of threads on the site about how to use ringtones. Like in the ringtone section. but i'll be nice, just take and ringtone you want and put it into the ringtone folder in my documents on your touch. for sms ringers place it in windows/rings. there are also a few programs out there like ringo mobile that will let you pick ringtones from and folder on your touch to use as sms ringer/ call ringer for different contacts ect.
