I have had the same problem, but only with my "Contacts" since I have had the EVO on launch day. Sometimes it goes a few hours, but never more than a day before it errors out. If I uncheck "Contacts" on what to sync the mail and calendar work fine. Ever so often I get frustrated and go in search of a solution, but so far no luck. I have read that it may be a "corrupt" contact file, or what Android is seeing as a "corrupt" file but have not found enough detail to tell me what to look for. With close to 300 contacts I am not about to go through each one by one. It really sucks, because if I update or add to my contacts the only solution I have come up with is to delete the Exchange Server account and reinstall it.
