It is my experience that they are not going to get back to you (at least not in a timely matter- at all). When I got my 2nd phone -and got the message, "cannot use bc used it already" there was an option to donate -so I just donated and was then unable to unlock. They deserve it anyways.

We get these smart phones and we pay $30 a month extra so we can get unlimited data. I get tired of hearing that, "Yea- but I am a poor college student and every dollar counts. I can't afford to pay $4 more blah blah blah..."
If every dollar counted so much - why didn't you get the free flip phone on the cheapest plan? Some people aren't in the community - they stop by the community to get anything they can for free and never give back a dime in the way of donations or helpful responses.
