as long as you didnt delete any apps from teh stock rom your fine.
if you have have used unrevoked forever and have -off when you boot than all you need to do is download the update and install it.
than place the clockwork revovery and superuser on your sd card
boot into clockwork and reinstal it. dont reboot go to recovery and instal superuser and wallah your done
