thank you all, i finally got it to recognize by using a back usb port on my comp instead of the fronts, it had to reinstall the drivers for that port for some reason. but GGURUUSA, i still need the help with the wm6 kitchen with the thing "jackstraw" had a problem with. it would be great if you could help me.
