I switched from a Mogul to a Touch, and am quite happy with the swap. The 2 Mogul showstoppers for me were unusable BT audio and roaming freezes. The Touch has neither problem for me.

I do miss the keyboard, but am now at the point where I can function about as well with the softkeyboards (try all of them, see which you like best - I like TouchPal, but YMMV).

I never used WiFi on my Apache or Mogul, so that is a non-issue to me. I did sometimes have memory issues with Mogul, never with Touch :=)

I get slightly better reception on the Touch (apples-apples comparison in same office building), and battery lasts longer too.

So ... for me, with the exception of still missing the hard keyboard a bit, the Touch is working out quite well.
