I do not doubt that you "know how to rebuild a car engine, can...bench 450 ibs.(sic), create your own website ..., or get seriously in gears of war" (what is that last one?), but apparently you have not spent much time building your skills in anger management or reading comprehension. Put down the weights long enough to look near the top of the page that was on your computer screen when you created this thread, and read and figure out what the thread titles mean. And try to stay calm; when you need help is not the time to exhibit your steroid-fueled hostility and aggression.
If you cannot find enough information to make yourself comfortable flashing an upgrade ROM, then just don't do it.
