Hey guys, just use an app called ScanToPDF:

http://www.scantopdf.co.uk/

They make a version that I downloaded from the Sprint Software Store which you can use your phone's camera to take a picture of the document and save it to your phone as a pdf. Then you can email it or you can use faxzero.com to send it as a fax.
Have you tried what I suggested in that post?

You just need something like scan2pdf or the photocopy app in the favorite cabs thread to save a document on your device and then use faxzero.
