was it space invaders? and bejeweled wen u run it the first time it will say something is missing and then wen u run it again it works fine...and for the gps launcher you talking about you need the one in attatche ment... all you have to do is run it then it will say config error and then you have to put the directory of the gps software you are using such as INav e.g /Program Files/iGo/iGo.exe which is my gps software im using and for the timeout i use 45seconds.
