Lechux @ XDA Dev. Icons are based off those found in Energy ROM, so if that's what you run just copy to "Windows" directory (I throw em' in my xda_uc folder) overwriting the originals & "Soft Reset" or try cab. I recommend
JWMD Icon changer for changing Icons also, it has many features including the ability to save different themes.
