Your google skills are superb, however, you grabbed the WRONG data.
PRI and BRI for ISDN doesn't relate to cell phones..... PRI for isdn, if I remember my basic networking, is 24, 64kbs channel bonded data line....
PRI for CDMA cell phones, is actually called the "Product Release Instruction" configuration. It will contain radio information plus some/all of the following: various configuration items on the handset that may be network specific but not necessarily subscription specific, such as standard CDMA channels, slot cycle index, default PRL, etc.
