If I remember correctly, you are supposed to extract the contents to the fat32 partition. I used xdandroid build for a week or so and noticed there are other builds out there that I could also tinker with that were harder to install, like this one for example. Getting this build to run was surely a little more difficult with the extra partitions and stuff. If you like, Neopeek is working on new builds for testing as we speak.
