You probably need to find and install the original shipped Audiopara file and I bet all will be well.
Thanks for the Tip but this is gonna sound dumb but doesn't the Audiopara File only change the Volume ?

No because I personally had an experience with my Diamond when I installed one of the tweaked Audiopara files that are available where the vibrate functions were messed up after I installed the tweaked file. No matter what I did I could never get my device to ring and vibrate at the same time. I just had to deal with it but your issue would certainly be more annoying.
