use 3 a.k.a. cubed music player it has an option in the settings to allow music controls on the lock screen. if u cant find it in the market go to this site and scan the qr code with barcode scanner. Android Quick App: “3″ or Cubed Music Player - Droid Life: A Droid Community Blog
