Mine says it detects "you've unlocked before." However I am private use. I do have two phones though, one for me and the other for my wife. Another issue is that I happen to replace my phone up to 4 times in a year. I've had the Titan 6700, touch, Diamond, touch pro, and now TP2. Yet I am private.
I am sure many are in a similar situation, -private users and not commercial. What of people in this category?
