You didnt flash the new PRI did you? Have you tried a soft-reset, or Reboot with Quickboot? Go through your settings to be sure that you didnt accidentily disable something too. You may have to try a hard reset if nothing else works, or I guess just a Nandroid Recovery if you have a Nandroid of your current ROM.
