For 21xxx users with QMenu, is the problem it doesn't pop up with hard key? I use Rhodium Keyboard Controller to remap my keys. Problem is you can't find it with Q Menu. I always install xtask also, which shows more control panel options. I have short press win key Q menu, Long press xtask. Install Rhodium Key Controller then I put xtask in folder on SD card, navigate to it with file manager, run xtask.
->control->system->keyboard config to remap keys.

if qmenu doesnt show certain shortcuts you can just make new shortcuts and put it in "\windows\startmenu\" then it will show up in the qmenu
