see you should go back to the sprint store, give it to the guy and tell him to give you a new one. if they say no the speak to the manager.. if he says no and tells you to go thru insurance hit him with the mogul and then tell him to get you a new one.. repeat until you get a new mogul.
But honestly this was no fault of yours and they need to honor the warranty and if they dont then keep going up the food chain until you find someone that has some sort of common sense and will help you out.
