I believe the 2000ms interval is better for OCT and battery life, as the program isn't checking the cpu as often. (Once every two seconds).

**EDIT** Yea you would think when setting the load max/min to 100/0 the interval wouldn't matter. But when I set the interval to 0, I get hang ups. even with the rest of my settings the same. :/
I take back my word, although you have max/min to 100/0, you still set jump at 80/3, so when it sees cpu at 80%, it will go full speed, but sees 3%, it will go lowest speed, which make sense for your battery life. I assume jump take priority.
