telling them about this website is the last thing thats going to get him one. itll make it look like hes just trying to get something everybody else has. talk about your signal issues. be willing to troubleshoot on the phone with them. see if you can replicate the problem, go to the place in your house where you get the poorest signal and let the call drop if you can. or call from somewhere else and tell them you didnt even want to call from home for fear that the call would drop. tell them youve been with them a long time and just want quality service. calling them and saying everybody at this site is calling and getting them is just going to call everybody in to question. the key is to really have poor signal. if you really have shitty service, you are owed one. if you dont then you really dont need one. and they can tell just by call quality an db level wether your bs-ing them.
