If sprint.com says you're eligible for upgrade 11/1, just call and ask if they will let you do an early upgrade. I too am not eligible until 11/1 and they said I could pay $45 to buy out my contract or wait 2 weeks until 10/1 for an early upgrade. Just a suggestion.
