Well its a kitchen more so for advanced users mostly because you have the ability to control the order things get built, preview the registry including provxml's, etc. I would start by downloading Groove's TP2 version and just check it out. Looks of nice tools built in ie dump tool, reg editor, dsm editor, package.sof editor (sets build order), etc.
